About

Eden Global Missions is a humanitarian Non-profit and apolitical Medical and Missionary Organization founded in Cameroon, Africa, having as main aim to provide free access to healthcare and support access to quality education for people from underserved, rural, resource-limited or vulnerable backgrounds.  Eden Global Missions was founded in 2020 by Christian medical doctors and have since then served communities through medical missions and educational missions in several villages in Cameroon.

Our medical mission work so far has consisted of deploying specialized medical teams made of volunteer health workers, mostly from Cameroon, to villages for short-term trips. These outreach teams have involved, surgical teams, dental teams, ophthalmologic teams, general medicine teams, nursing teams, and medical students. These highly qualified teams operate with the basics in low resource zones after traveling sometimes for over 500km through difficult roads to operate longstanding hernias free of charge. After offering free medical care in about 10 distinct villages in different regions of Cameroon directly impacting thousands of poor and enclaved Cameroonians and refugees from the Central African Republic, we are seeking to establish a missionary hospital that will serve as base and facilitate our operations in specific regions and throughout the country.

Our education work has mostly focused on providing targeted scholarships for people who are either orphans, disable, internally displaced from conflict, or very poor. In the villages where we work, we have worked with local churches and community schools to ensure that dozens of children fat primary and secondary levels are schooled. Furthermore, we work hard to support the teachers and schools to ensure best quality of education is offered to these Cameroonians. Our hope is that children from rural areas and from generally disadvantaged backgrounds are schooled the highest levels with top quality education and can as such be strong models and drivers of development for their communities and country. â€‹

As a Christian organization, we driven by the love of God to do our work. We believe in communicating the gospel through our actions and also through the Word of God shared.  We are actively involved in sharing the gospel through one-to-one during our medical outreaches and through open-air crusades in partnership with local churches.

Although our humanitarian work is founded on our Christian roots, our philanthropy is open to everyone. Our beneficiaries are from all religions, social groups, and communities. Like Jesus did, we move around doing good to all people who are in need.

Eden Global Missions is registered under Eden Global Association and authorized to operate in Cameroon. We equally have an official collaboration with the Ministry of Public Health of Cameroon that allows us to do our community health activities.

Where others see misery and frustration, we see a great opportunity to make a better future for poor rural communities...

Our Vision

Our work is based on the Love and Gospel of Jesus Christ and seeks to impact remote and hard-to-reach communities and vulnerable populations. Our vision is to bring holistic and integral healing to hurting populations through quality medical care and to transform communities through quality education.

We believe that God cares for every single life and for those in pain and suffering within contexts of vulnerability and poverty. Through our missionary work, we hope to restore people and communities to their states of complete health, wholeness, and beauty, like in the garden of Eden.

We believe in the integral healing of people and communities as inspired by the scriptures.

Isaiah 61:1-3 says

1 The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the broken-hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;

2 To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn;

3 To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that he might be glorified.
